Sales Executive
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000
Role & Responsibilities:
- Visit clients in person to promote and close loans:
- Home Loans
- LAP Loans
- Business Loans
- Doctor Professional Loans
- Vehicle Loans
- Identify and generate leads through real estate networking and referrals
- Coordinate with tele-sales and branch teams for smooth client onboarding
- Conduct client verification and documentation collection
- Achieve sales targets consistently
Skills Required:
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Computer knowledge – MS Office, CRM systems, WhatsApp, email
- In-depth knowledge of financial products, insurance, real estate market, and local networking
- Understanding loan processing, eligibility criteria, and repayment plans
- Ability to maintain client relationships and referrals
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 1-year experience in sales, preferably financial services, banking, or insurance
Experience with home loans, business loans, LAP, doctor professional loans, vehicle loans
