Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage overall branch operations – sales, team, client services
- Set and monitor branch sales targets for:
- Home Loans
- LAP Loans
- Business Loans
- Doctor Professional Loans
- Personal Loans
- Vehicle Loans
- Supervise recruitment, training, and evaluation of staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies, loan documentation, and legal regulations
- Build strong local networks with real estate agents, hospitals, and businesses
- Resolve client issues and maintain high satisfaction levels
Skills Required:
- Leadership and operational management skills
- Computer knowledge – MS Office, CRM software, reporting tools
- Expertise in loan products, insurance, real estate market, and client networking
- Ability to guide and mentor staff
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 1-year experience in branch operations, sales, or financial services
- Strong experience in real estate networking, financial products, and team leadership
