Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and staff management
- Develop HR policies and ensure labor law compliance
- Manage performance appraisals and employee relations
- Assist management in workforce planning
- Maintain records and reports on HR metrics
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Computer knowledge – MS Office, HR software, payroll tools
- Understanding of financial services roles and operations
- Ability to train and manage staff effectively
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 1-year experience in HR, preferably in financial services
