Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000
Role & Responsibilities:
- Supervise tele-sales and field sales teams
- Ensure teams meet monthly targets across all loan products
- Train team members on product knowledge:
- Personal Loans
- Business Loans
- Doctor Professional Loans
- Home Loans
- LAP Loans
- Vehicle Loans
- Monitor client interactions, documentation, and approvals
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management
- Motivate team to improve performance and maintain high client satisfaction
Skills Required:
- Leadership and team management skills
- Computer knowledge – MS Office, CRM, reporting tools
- In-depth understanding of financial products, insurance, real estate, and client networking
- Ability to resolve client issues and support sales team
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 1-year experience as a team lead in sales, preferably in financial or banking services
Knowledge of real estate networking and multiple loan products
