Role & Responsibilities:
- Outbound calls to prospective clients for loans and financial products
- Explain features, benefits, and eligibility criteria for:
- Personal Loans
- Home Loans
- Business Loans
- Doctor Professional Loans
- LAP Loans
- Vehicle Loans
- Maintain client records and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales targets and lead conversion rates
- Coordinate with Field Sales Executives and Team Leaders
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English
- Basic computer knowledge – MS Office, CRM software, and email communication
- Understanding of loan products, financial documentation, and client verification
- Networking and lead generation skills
- Customer service and relationship-building skills
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 1-year experience in tele-sales, financial services, or banking
- Knowledge of real estate, insurance, and finance industry products is preferred
